RBR 40 only operates on guest not primary as that password is not valid
I cannot connect to the router using the manufacturer's password printed on the bottom of router. Only the guest address works.
This ORBI has a satellite as well.

Is this Orbi "new out of the box", or perhaps was it set up some time ago (maybe by someone else?) A lot of people change the password when setting up a WiFi router. (For example, I have set every new WiFi router with the same exact SSID and password as the one I installed 15 years ago.)
If you do a "Factory Reset" on the Orbi, it will for certain have the password printed on the label:
Or set up the RBR with a factory reset and use a wired PC and web browser connected to the RBR and web browser pointed at 192.168.1.1 or orbilogin.net.
