RBR 40

My Orbi RB40 is not transmitting wifi signal and I have confirmed internet connection / signal to modem is fine.

    Do you see the default SSID name if you do a factory reset on the RBR? Press the reset button in back for 15 seconds then release.

    More information is often helpful.  For example, is this

    • a brand new install of an Orbi "out of the box"? or
    • an Orbi that has been working for some time, and now suddenly is not?

    Are you able to connect to the Orbi web interface using a web browser from a computer with an ethernet jack (desktop, laptop, PC, Mac, Chrome)?
