rbr 50 + 2 sats: can't sync all of a sudden....it did, got all green, then sats went magenta again

worked fine for several years, then sat dots&nbsp; went magenta in the app, re synced, ok for ten minutes, then the red eye of death (so dramatic).... resync did not work at all.....please point to reset instructions? also cant seem to upgrade firmware on any unit...its not way out of date, but this is a new phenom to me on any device....

What firmware are you on?
You said, "red ring of death". Is the power light/led red?&nbsp;
That usually indicates a corrupt firmware or boot up process.&nbsp;
Focus on getting the router running first. Once its up and running decent, we can move on to the satellites.&nbsp;

I understand that you are having issues syncing your RBR50 router to the RBS50. Since the RBR50 was able to sync for a couple of minutes before it disconnected can mean that it is time for a firmware update.
