RBR10 very, very slow

This does not give much to work with. It is often helpful to know:
- What speed of internet service has been contracted for?
- What is the ISP device (modem)? (brand & model)
- What speed is reported when a computer is attached directly to the ISP modem?
- What is "slow"? (Orbi Speed Test report? Computer attached to Orbi router? Device connected over WiFi?)
RBR10 and it is terribly inconsistent. Speed go from slow to slower.
