RBR20 - dont know answeres to security questions
I have forgotten systems admin password to complete set -up of my Orbi. I've tried "password" and all the passwords I usually use but keep getting login failed. To recover password I have followed instructions by entering serial number of router but now I'm stuck because its asking me two security questions which I don't have answer too and I never set up. What do I do now?

The Orbi SSID/password will be what is printed on the product label and the administrative login will be "admin" and "password."
I had a similar experience and the family learned a lot of "navy language" that was new to them.

I tried re-setting my router and satelite bot flashed white and then stopped flashing with no light at all.
I also called our Internet Service Provider as I went through and was advised that VLAN requires set up...

When the Orbi has "no light at all" on the top, it should be ready for setup. Do you have a desktop or laptop that can be connected to one of the Orbi LAN ports?
VLAN is required to provide television in some situations. The ISP should point you to one of their web pages with instructions on what they need. This can only happen after you gain access to the Orbi and set it up.
