RBR20 I have Spectrum internet service I am paying for 200 gigs, but my RBR20 modem seldom won't.

Is that speeds test wired or wireless? Wired speed testing is preferred.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? - CrimpOnGuru - Experienced User
It would help to have more detail about the situation. For example:
- Is this router administered with the Orbi 'app' or with a web browser?
(the app provides almost zero help in diagnosing problems, whereas the web interface offers a lot more.) - How is speed being measured?
- Using the router (or app) built in Speed Test function?
- Using a Speed Test app on one of the wired or wireless devices?
- What speed is being reported?
(Hint: if the speed never reports higher than 90+ MB/s there is a good chance that the Ethernet cable connecting router to ISP device is at fault.)
- Is this router administered with the Orbi 'app' or with a web browser?
