RBR20 Router has no WiFi signal

Question

Hi,&nbsp;The router is not generating a WiFi signal and cannot be accessed using the orbi app and reads as offline. We have active internet access via NBN and our old optus wifi router.Process followed so far to troubleshoot:&nbsp;Power off and unplug power for 5 minutes, unplug internet port.Plug in, power on, plug in internet.Orbi powers up, flashing white lite, green lights at back, no WiFi signal.&nbsp;&nbsp;Attempted several variations of this procedure, including resetting the NBN internet.&nbsp;&nbsp;Next step I am considering pushing the reset button at the back of the Orbi.&nbsp;Troubleshooting guides have not offered solutions to this particular issue. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Hey,&nbsp;I had used the app to access the router a number of times. Infact the last action I took with the router was via the app where I turned off internet access to a device on the network.&nbsp;Thanks for the reply.
