RbR20 will not factory reset to default
Hi all, i forgot my password to logon to update my router and need to reset it to factory defaults. I press the paper clip in until the power light blinks amber. It blinks like that for a few seconds then goes right back to green and my current network names show up in wifi. How else can i reset it? Thanks for the help.
Press the reset button for 15 seconds then release...Does this bring up the setup wizard seen at 192.168.1.1 with a wired PC connected to the back and using a web browser? Be sure to clear out all browser caches.

Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
