RBR20 Won't Connect To Internet Hitron Docsis E31M2V1
Just got an Orbi mini, RBR20 can't connect to the internet. Modem is a Hitron DOCSIS E31M2V1. Modem is working. Cables are fine. Setup with app can't connect to internet. Please help.

Did you power the modem off for 30 seconds and restart it?
- Yes, I've done that and gone through the initial setup 4-5 times. Called spectrum, they tested the modem from their end.
Try setting up the Orbi with a wired PC and web browser connecte to orbilogin.com
Modem Combo Units:
This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.

Orbi would have worked if the suggestions would have been tried.
