Rbr40 firmware won't update
I have an Orbi RBR40 with a rbw30. The rbr40 is running fw 2.5.1.22 and rbw30 2.6.2.2 . I cannot get the router to update to 2.6.2.104, via the app the Rui, manually via the Rui or via TFTP. They all appear to work but never restart as expected, but then the white lights pulse for about 30 mins and it's back to the 2.5.1.22 fw any ideas how to get it to actually update. I've also tried rolling back the firmware via TFTP but I'm stuck on 2.5.1.22 no matter what!

The Netgear support web site shows a lot of firmware versions for the RBR40, but 2.5.1.22 and 2.6.2.104 are not shown. Can you post a screen shot of the Orbi router home page showing the firmware number?
- Netgear have determined a hardware fault and replaced, although with an RBR20 which is obviously a downgrade, not sure why it wasn't a like for like replacement?
