RBR40 no reaction after restarting

Question

After powering off and on the RBR40 there is no light on the top just flashing power yellow on the bottom and there is no signal as well. I need to go through the entire process to set up the mesh wifi. Why is that the case ?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system?&nbsp;

ISP side is Nokia G-240G-E but I doubt this is causing the issue; my previous connections at a different home had failed after a year plus.

What checking to see if your modem or ONT had any built in router and wifi which yours doesn't.&nbsp;&nbsp;Connections at previous place was with same Orbi system?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
