RBR40_Orbi - Issues in My Orbi Network and region
Hi All and FURRYe38
Help me, please in my problem.
I bought an RBS40 kit with RBW30 and I already have 1 RBS40. I configured the router and the network works perfectly using the RBR40 with RBS40, but when I added the RBW30 everything is bad because the RBS40 is "GOOD" and the RBW30 is "POOR".
The distance between RBR40 and RBS40 is greater than the distance between RBR40 and RBW30. I already made several configurations on the network but it is only good if I leave the RBW30 off. I am attaching several configuration screens for you to see, all the firmware is updated as well.
Another issue that is happening is that when the network is UP with all devices connected and everything working, all of a sudden the devices stop working and only 1 device is working. When this device that is working stops running the process, all other devices are back to working normally, this behavior is very strange.
Another question, Is it possible I change my region because I bought in US but now I am in Brazil.
In annex many screens of my router and my firmwares

What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
What happens if you move the RBW to where the RBS is and check it's connection status there. Any changes? Temporarily turn OFF the RBS here.
