RBR40 orbi router and satellite connection

Question

@ I'm trying to resync my orbi RBR40 router to two satellites to extend the reach of my wifi. One satellite is acting strangely. I press the sync button on the router, then the sync button on the satellite. The satellite blinks white for a minute or so, but then does not turn either magenta or blue at all. Any thoughts about what the problem may be, and how to solve it would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried hardwiring in into the satellite for setup?&nbsp;
sometimes can take a longer time to sync but tends to work when the wireless sync isn't working.&nbsp;
Also, have you checked the firmware versions between them?
