RBR40 stopped working

My Orbi RBR40 router stopped working yesterday and it does not help to reset or reinstall. The ethernet cabel works fine when inserted direct to the computer, so the problem should be the router.

When i tried to reinstall the orbi router with one sattelit in the app, the satelite can´t find the router and my phone missing IP-adress.

Anything to try or is it broken? The ring light on the router just keeps blinking white.

    Pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release, do you see the top ring LED blink then slowly pulsate WHITE? After that, can you access the RBRs web page at 192.168.1.1?
