I find pressing the "Reset Button" a bit confusing. First, there is NO BUTTON. There is a tiny hole in the case, and we assume that inside the case there is a button connected to the printed circuit board. When we unbend paperclip to stick it through the hole, the goal is to find that button and press it. I have found that I can "feel the click" when the wire makes contact with that inside button. With the original WiFi5 products, such as the RBR40, holding the Reset Button for more than about 7 seconds is supposed to make the Power LED turn amber and begin blinking. This is a signal that the router is performing a Factory Reset.
The web interface, Advanced Tab, provides a method to perform a Factory Reset without physically pressing the Reset Button.

As I wrote - nothing happens no matter how long I press the button.
I have read the manual, so I know where the reset button is, and how to press it.
I also know that the light is supposed to blink and change color to amber - but it does not.
The web interface is not an option since there is no way of connecting to the orbi.
After it was without power for a couple of minutes it no longer provides a functioning wifi.
