I changed my WiFi password and now some devices won’t stay connected. Specifically, my laptop says “can’t connect to this network”, yet connects it I get close to the router. It’s never happened before. And only one of the satellites has devices connected. Again, all this just since changing my password.

When you log on to the Orbi web interface, does the Home Page display the password exactly as you remember typing it in?
(it scrolls in GREEN letters)
And, you changed the password on every WiFi device to match the new Orbi password?
My first step would be to "reboot" the Orbi and satellites. (not "factory reset", just reboot)
- AngelenahhhAspirantI did change the passwords and it would connect to whatever device, but after an unpredictable amount of time, it would disconnect and give me the “can’t connect” message. I also rebooted the router, but I didn’t reboot the satellites. I’ll try that. Thanks.
