RBR40
Just did the lates firmware update and one of my satellites did not update and will not connect any advice.
have you tried hardwiring the satellite into the router?
Then trying the update/sync?

How did you update the RBS? RBS should be updated first, then update the RBR lastly.
Currently running V27.4.24 on the base and one satellite while the other satellite is still on the old version v7.3.22 and will not update I tried rebooting and did not work the one rbs20 will not connect . I logged on to the app this morning had a message to update firmware and clicked update.
