RBR50 - green light off
My internet provider's modem was down. When it came back online, my ORBI Router's (RBR50) green light did not turn back on. Since this incident, we have had poor wifi signal and ability to download information like browsers. How do we get the green light back on?

The Power LED (on the back, next to the power jack) showing GREEN indicates:
- It has electrical power,and
- It is operating normally.

Ordinarily, no light at all would indicate a lack of electrical power. Perhaps swap the power supply with a satellite power supply as a test.

Hello Slavetocomputer,
Thank you for your post!
Please try disconnecting your Orbi router reboot it then connect it to your ISP modem. Temporarily turn off the additional Orbi satellites then verify the connection speed from your router. If the speeds are expected then turn on each satellite one at a time then check speeds after each satellite is connected.
Best,
Kevin
