RBR50 firmware update

Question

Hello,&nbsp;Have ORBI RBR50 provided by the ISP taht is branded with their name. trying to update the firware but it keeps on saying wrong firmware.it seems that is looking for the ISP's firmware which I do not think they maintain it after installation.&nbsp;is there a way to complelty erase the ISP's firware (which is the same as per the original firmware + logo [maybe monitoring tools in the background :)]) and install the latest firmware?&nbsp;thanks.
