RBR50 Flashing white light

Question

Last night my wifi went down and upon further inspection the router is flashing a white light. I have tried factory resetting / tftp flash to no avail. Any suggestions?

I am unsure as to why it would have done this in the first place as I was not messing with it, it just went down randomly.

So pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release and connecting a wired PC to the back of the RBR doesn't gain access to 192.168.1.1 after the top ring LED pulsates WHITE?&nbsp;

No, this doesnt work, it just stays flashing white.&nbsp;

And that with the RBR disconnected from the ISP modem as well?&nbsp;
