RBR50 intermittently crashes

My Orbi RBR50 has been intermittently crashing for the last few months. My devices seem like they are connected to the wifi, but there is no internet, and I can't log onto my router through a web browser. Once I restart the Orbi, it's back to normal. Devices that are hardwired into the router via ethernet are also unable to connect to the interent or router. I'm on the latest firmware, and it hasn't been updated since August or so, so I can't blame poor hardware. Any thoughts on how to trouble shoot this?

    1. what firmware is on the router?

    2. what modem/gateway is the router connected to?

    3. do hardwired devices have the same issue?

    4. have you noticed if it happens to the devices connected to the satellite, the router, or both?

      I'm on 2.7.3.22.

The router is connected to my Spectrum cable modem.

Hardwired devices are affected as well.

Not sure about the satellite devices, but I'm assuming the router is crashing since I can't log onto the router's system settings, so would also assume the satellite devices won't be able to connect to the router/internet.

Something could be causing a loop between router/satellite.

Sometimes its worth trying shutting down a satellite and seeing what happens.

Or even try a factory reset/reboot.
