RBR50 Orbi Router not compatible with our TVs
When I try to install on my PC the app for our new RBR50 Orbi Router, it says that our Sony Bravia 2015 TV and our TCL Union TV are not compatible with the Orbi device. These are our main TVs and the TCL is brand new. None of the sellers we talked to before we bought the Orbi mentioned that there might be TV compatibility issues. Can anyone help please?

The Orbi app?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Do the TVs see and connect to the wifi SSID name and pw?
Be sure the TVs firmware is updated.
Contact the TV mfr as well for additional help and information.

I agree that more information would be useful. The Orbi "app" only functions on Apple and Android smartphones/tables. There is no "app" for Windows. Since this is a PC, would it be possible to take a screen shot of this message and post it? (Use the "Browse" button in the lower left. Images posted "inline" have to be approved by a moderator which can take several days.)
It would also help to know the exact model number of Bravia and TCL TV's. (There are so many.) And, just to confirm: the goal is to connect these TV's to the Orbi WiFi, not via ethernet cable, correct?

Are these smart TVs? As in they have built in WiFi.
