RBR50 Problem - Lights blink fast white then amber

Have ORBI running for months.  Turned off power to router to move into another room and reconnect.  Turned on power and router blinks white then amber continuously.  Tried a factory rest and did not work.  Does not connect ot cable modem and have no internet wired or wireless.  Any ideas?  Thansk for the help.

    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

    Power OFF the ISP modem and the router together, after 1 minute, power on the modem only and let it sync. Then power ON the router and walk thru the set up wizard if the top led blinks white.


    Swap LAN cables or using same cable?

    Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
