RBR50 Router Not Found?

Question

I'm getting "Router Not Found" when launching apple Orbit app and the RBR50 is showing as disconnected.

However, I have full operational Wifi service in the home, including normally functioning three connected satellites which are connected to the Router

From web browser, 192.168.1.1 allows me full access to my network. The 3 satellites are connected. Wifi is fully functional, yet all perisperhal devices are connected to a satellite and none to the router.

RBR50 is firmware 2.7.24 per web browser

Two RBS 50 are 2.7.24 and one RBS40V is 2.6.2.8

So what's going on with my Router? Why is not found and why aren't devices attached to it?

Do I need to factory reset the router?

Have you tried deleting the Orbi app from your phone and re-installing? Is the phone on your WiFi and getting internet ok? Have you tried rebooting the router and all satellites, relaunching Orbi app?

Have you tried enabling "Anywhere Access" in the Orbi app, that's the cloud symbol on the top left of the apps's Home Screen, then select Settings and it should be listed as an option to enable. I connect with anywhere access so I can manage my mesh externally.Have you tried installing the Orbi app on another phone or iPad associated with your WiFi?&nbsp;I've got the Orbi app installed on my iPhone and iPad and both work ok.If this gives the same result then I'd take the option of last resort and reset the router to factory default and rebuild.&nbsp;good luck!&nbsp;

Wow that’s a result of sorts. It would be great to solve the phone-side issue though. Does Anywhere Access fix it for the phone’s version of the Orbi app?Perhaps you’d like to give me kudos? 🙂

Edit:Upon further looking, I do indeed have devices attached to the router as well as all 3 satellites.&nbsp;So the problem is simply that the Router remains "not found" from Orbit app. I've deleted and reinstalled app without any benefit.

Yes to all of those things. WiFi and Internet and working perfectly with 500MB down on phone speediest

Router & Satellites have been rebooted.

Phone app deleted then reinstalled.

After reinstalling phone app, I'm told network can't be found and router is offline
