RBR50 signal lost multiple times during the day when having teams calls

Yes,
I have a beestation connected wired to the satellite. The connection is solid.
as we work on the 1st and 2nd floor the stateliness are the main issue. We don’t often work downstairs. Haven’t faced issues doing so

Interesting. If the backhaul between the satellites and the router were the problem, then we'd expect the beestation connection to drop too. And if this were a hardware issue, we'd expect it to only affect one of the satellites, and not both.
Can you try keeping one of the laptops connected to power? Adjust the power settings so the laptop doesn't sleep or hibernate when plugged in. Then see if the dropouts still happen on that PC.
Also - are you using a VPN when you are on Teams video calls?

No VPN. I will work connected to the satellite for the coming week and experience if it’s connection drops.
