RBR50 synched with Satellite but cannot find

Firmware 2.1.4.10 

Even though the Satellite lights is blue indicating 'synch' my router cannot find the satellite. On the mobile app it acknowledges the router but cannot find the satellite. I have done a cold reboot; power cycle down; etc.. no luck..i have 'synched' a couple fo times and each time i get a solid blue light. But when i try to add satellite on the application it cannot find.

 

anyone have any thoughts how to resolve?
