RBR50 V2.7.5.4 Device blocked - Uncommanded
June 19, 2023 - while in the middle of a MS Teams call my VPN link dropped. The investigation discovered the Access Control of the RBR50 had selected my laptop to be blocked. This device has regularly been on the network for the past year. As I am the network administrator No one else has access to the router. So this appears to be an uncommanded engagement of Access Control on an individual device. After unblocking the device via the web interface the laptop was permitted to connect and reestablish the VPN.

A true mystery that may never be explained. (sigh). I, myself, had something similar happen a couple of times over the past couple of years. My conclusion at the time was that I had been fooling around with the Orbi 'app' and managed to 'Pause' a device without meaning to. Since that was never my intention, I had no memory of what specific 'swipe' had done the deed. Since then, I steer clear of the 'app'.
Thanks for the thought but can’t be the case here. I was in the middle of a video conference when the link was dropped due to blocked access.
