Try a factory reset and setup from scratch before downgrading FW.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).- CReinhardAspirant

System has been flawless untill 2.3.5.30 .. Thats the issue here not my setup , I have reset it and I have the same issues , I am a Large Netgear Reseller I would never recomed this system to anyone because of the constant pain when you people break your firmware

Then downgrade FW.
Questions are for us so we can get a better idea of the situation. Not everyone has the same configurations. If you don't give feedback then it's hard or anyone to help you.
V30 has been working for others as well. Mines currently loaded since v30 appeared. Zero issues.
If your a NG reseller then maybe you should find more official NG support lines.
Good Luck.
