RBR50
I have an Orbi RBR50 and just got Google Fiber as my internet service. Will my Orbi work with Google Fiber? Router doesn't seem to work/turn color.
What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
You may need to power cycle the Fiber ONT device OFF then back on and let it sync, then factory reset the RBR router and have a wired or wireless connected PC connected to the RBR router and use a web browser and log into orbilogin.com and walk thru the setup wizard. Besure to write down important information for safe keeping later on if needed.
