RBR50

I received a new Virgin Hub 5 and My Orbi and satellite will not connect, I have reset and gone through it several times and always says not found. Is there a way to change to a new wifi network via the app I think this is the problem it is still trying to connect to my old work. Also is it best to have the Hub in Modem mode, which I have also tried but it will still not find the orbis

    Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellites been performed?
    Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
    Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    Turn on computers and rest of network

     

    What firmware is loaded on the RBR and RBS? 

     

    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
