RBR50V2 constantly dropping connections
I have 2 satellites on my system that I purchased in March 2020. About 3 or 4 months ago June/July 2022 the Satellites started starting signals from hard wired devices. We have a large home, and the satellites and the main units have been in the same spots for over a year since moving with no issues. I have tried everything I have read to fix the issue. Just some small examples of which are a full factory reset, tried putting everything on WiFi only no hardwire. Tried moving satellites closer and further away. Even tried just one satellite. And I tried all the different settings on my Orbi. The only partial fix I have found is shutting down both satellites. Then it only drops some devices from the system. I am very frustrated spending so much money on a system that only lasted a little over 2 years. We work from home so this is a need to have good internet. I am now in the process of getting a Nighthawk AX5400 with WiFi 6. Before getting the Orbi I always used Nighthawk routers so I am going back to that. I will keep the main Orbi as a backup but I don’t see I would waste that much money again on an Orbi. If someone else has any ideas on how to fix my Orbi issues I will try it and return my Nighthawk to Costco.

1. what modem/gateway is the router connected to?
2. what actual firmware version are you on?
3. have you tried reinstalling the firmware to the satellites/router and then doing a factory reset? If somethings corrupt, a reset only removes settings versus reinstalling the firmware might over write the corruption issue.
