RBS40V won't play music from Amazon Music app

New Orbi Voice for my home office running firmware V2.3.6.4

iOS 13.4 but it did it before I updated.

When I open the Alexa app and play any one of the handful of Amazon music selections in the Alexa app they play fine, and the app has the proper link to open the Amazon Music app, however if I open the Amazon Music app when I choose to select any music from my libary and send it to the Orbi Voice in less than a second I get a "Sorry your device just disconnected" error.

 

The protocols are exactly the same since the Alexa app is using the Amazon Music API, any ideas to help resolve this?

    "iOS 13.4 but it did it before I updated." How do you mean? This worked before the iOS update? 

    Does this happen on a different wifi device?

      Good call!

      I was multi-tasking when I wrote that and assumed it was the new device in the chain but it's not, turns out this may be an Amazon issue since the 2 Echo Show's do the same thing, I'm usually more thorough than this, I'll still be interested if anyone else has seen this issue.
