RBS50 Satellite functions but does not appear under "Connected Satellites"

As is shown in the attached screenshot, my two RBS50 satellites show up under "Connected Devices" in the RBR50 admin area, however they do not appear under "Connected Satellites" as expected.  Should I be concerned about this? They seem to function just fine otherwise.

  • What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the IP modem the Orbi is connected too?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.

If you reboot the satellites first then the router do they appear in the connected satellites section?

Try a different browser like IE11 or FF or Opera?

All devices are using firmware 2.1.4.16

      Modem is a Cisco DPC3008

Satellites are on separate floors, probably about 30 feet.

Square feet: 5000+ (A large arts building)

Tomorrow I will try your suggestions about rebooting and using a different browser.

      Thank you.

This happened to me and caused speeds to drop to 10mbps. I moved the router and satielle and seemed to fix it

If things seem good otherwise, I would let it run for now. Nothing to be to bothered by.
