Be sure your using a MS-Edge browser or Firefox.
Be sure your unpacking the .zip file for the RBS firmware to reveal the actual FW file (.chk) that gets sent to the RBS using the RBS web page. Log into the RBS web pages using there IP address given by the RBR.
Thanks. On previous attempts, it would prompt me to login to the satellite before the upload. After reading your message, I realized that it didn't do that this time. Browsing directly to the satellites IP address and uploading the IMG file directly to the satellite solved the problem.
All Orbi satellites have 2-4 ethernet ports in back. If more ports are needed, then one can connect up a non managed LAN switch to the back of the RBS for additional ethernet port needs. Recommend GS10x or GS30x series non managed switches for most Orbi systems. XS series or MS non managed series for Orbi 9 series systems with multi gig LAN ports.
