RBS50 suddenly not working correctly
Hi all
I've had the Orbi mesh system for a little over a year now. It's been fine until about 2 weeks ago. Currently, my satellite in my home studio is only giving me about 15mbps when it used to give me at least 300-500mbps. I've tried rebooting everything, resetting, etc...but cannot get this to work as it did. Any ideas?

What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?
- The modem is a Verizon quantum for their gigabit service. The router is the RB50
Distance is around 75 feet but with one wall. It’s been that way for months with no issues.
There are neighbors all around with WiFi but again, never had an issue. It seems something happened when the auto update got pushed.
I’m planning on a factory reset tomorrow. I gave up for tonight. Was at it for hours and was unable to teleconference with work on zoom.Try a factory reset. Be sure both RBR and RBS are on the same FW version. v16 is the most current version.
