RBW30 does not connect with RBK50

Hi,   We've got pretty new house with quite thick floors and walls, rendering regular WIFI not usable. My previous Devolo system broke down, thus replaced it with the expensive but highly recommend...

    Sovled. Upgrading to yesterdays new V2.0.0.72 firmware fixed this before i got the chance to return it to the retailer.

Note that when i sync the RBW30, the unit does flash white as expected, then turns to solid blue indicating it's properly connected with the router. However, then on the iOS app and the web interface, the RBW30 sattelite does not show up.

    Very good - that'll be the new daisy-chain feature that comes with this release.   I plan to get a RBW30 no for the same use as you :-)
