When I look atg the admin console I show my RBW30 as disconnected, even though I know it is working. Why is this happening and is there a way to resolve this? I have rebooted the RBW30 several times but no go. RBW30 - firmware 2.3.5.6

Does "know it is working" mean that the Attached Devices page shows devices connected to this satellite?

In reality I do not really know if it is broadcasting...I see it lit up with blue light, assumed it was connected.I cannot delete this either, which is disconcerting. I may remove it all together and then try to sync it again.

I cannot delete it from the admin page. I hit the Delete button but it never deletes. I tried to sync it back but no go. It is still showing as disconnected.I am going to remove the RBW30 for the evening and see what happens. I am also going to pickup a used RBS50 and remove the RBW30 all together. I have made some cabling changes in my home and can do another RBS50 with a dedicated ethernet backhaul to the router.

Well, that's just the damndest thing. It has worked for me. I would unplug a satellite, wait until it said "Disconnected", and then click on "REMOVE". I believe there was a confirmation that popped up, "Are you sure?"
