They should respond there. Thats the Orbi Pro forum thread. This forum is for the non Pro versions.

That's fine, but the Orbi Pro forum doesn't have a thread announcing the v2.1.4.16 release as this one does. And, it appears there are some using the non-Pro version with the same issue. So it stands to reason that this might improve visibility to the issue.

You can always start a thread of your own there as well. Yes, same base code I presume, however there are some differences.
