RBR50 out of nowhere is losing connectivity 5-7 random times a day
So, I am relatively technical and out of nowhere by Orbi Mesh has lost its mind. Spent two weeks with Spectrum to make sure everything is perfect between the Node and my House and then with Spect...
1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 via Cloudflare as suggested.....
But that alone did not solve the issue....
Access control was working for a long time, until it was not...but yes for sure I do not know if this is a BUG or something else, and I get end of life stuff for sure. Just most consumers can keep up with mfg end of life policies, so for the moment my Orbi needs to keep cranking away.
Not sure what broken Access control as I could not figure out the FW progression...maybe the latest FW has been out for 2 years, if so then perhaps Access Control lost its mind on its own for some reason...but for the moment not clear.
As it stands today I've only lost connection once, my ISP says it was not them....so while much better than yesterday....I should not have any drops. (at least I do not feel I should)
I will look at what Voxel is doing...might be the lifeline folks like me need !!

I understand that you are having an issue with access control on your RBR50. Though feature updates are not provided to out of date systems, security patches may still be pushed. It is not recommended to use third party software on Orbi systems.
