Recently purchased RBK23 and am having a LOT of problems

Model:  RBK23  (wasn't accepted above)

The firmware is up-to-date
One satellite is fine but one is not.

For backhaul it says: config sync

The light is amber

For connection it says 2.4 GHZ  no connection

Re-synching and rebooting has done nothing.

Also... I cant find ANY way to reach the "complimentary" NETGEAR support.

After a lot of issues due to my old router conflicting with the Orbi, the wireless backhaul seems solid.  Tried plugging in one of the satellites to my LAN - the whole thing dropped.  Any ideas?  Wait out the firmware?  I'm on the latest 2.1.4.16

How is the system connected between the router and satellites?

Any networks switches in between the router and satellites? If so, Mfr and model# of the switch.

Besure your using good quality LAN cables. CAT6 recommended.

I would disconnect ALL other LAN networking and devices before trying to connect the satellites via wired backhaul. Once you have the wired back haul setup and running, then connect the rest of the LAN networking devices.
