Registering old router

I bought a used ORBI and am trying to register it on the portal. I know it is out of warranty, but since it is registered to the previous owner is there a way to still register the router on the 198... website? I do not think customer service will do anything since the 90 days are long gone from the original purchase.

    Why? Which portal?

I ask because "registration" can mean different things.

As you say, it is out of warranty, which doesn't transfer to new owners of used khit.

It is also not eligible for free support.

If the previous owners deregisters it, then you can pick up the baton there, but it won't get you anything useful.

If you want to use things like Anywhere Access, that is a different sort of registration.

When I go to 192.168.1.1 it asks for a username and password. That is what I am referring to and need access to. I do not need support just access. I tried the default login and that did not work.
