Registration??? NOT so fast......

Amazon today delivered my RBR50 and satellite.  I was unable to register it because the site said their system had already registered my SN and the box DID look like a returned item.  I upgraded the firmware and it works great but there was no where, by form design, to ask what to do now.  2.0.0.74 is my firmware ver now.  

1. why don't they offer a help link for registration issues instead of just dumping me back to a registration that will not finish?

2. what to do now?  If I keep it, I won't have even trial support.  Buy a different brand??
