reimbursement agreed, but now radio silence after six months of support

Hi Netgear.
We have agreed to refund the amount from the Netgear Orbi system. Following the agreement, there has been radio silence. - What should I do to make the refund take place? I've been very patient for half a year with many pages of support and a lot of phone calls. Now there just is no longer communication - Casenumber Case # 41978574.

      I have been contacted by a lawyer from Netgear. He asked that I send some bank details to transfer the money. I have sent the information and advised him on both mail and at the conference, but there is radio silence. I am nervous that the bank information has been misplaced and misused. Do you want to confirm that you have received the information. Sincerely, Søren

        I have tried in vain to get hold of Mark Steven (lawyer). He encouraged me to send my bank details on this mail in relation to ticket number: 41978574 / Case # 41978574. Since I have not heard from you, I am very nervous about my bank details being in the wrong place and being abused. Do you not want to answer well if it is received correctly, so I do not have to worry. I have tried to make contact on 3 platforms. Will you help me? Sincerely, Søren Andersen
