Remote Management

I am having issues with my remote management from my smartphone. I am getting a message saying that This NetGear device is already registered with another account. Any ideas on how ot figure out what happened so that I can get this up and running?

      I got it new. I think I may have caused the issue! Thanks for the info, Inwas on the phone for 45 minutes today trying to talk to someone from NETGEAR and kept getting transferred and put on hold. Maybe I will get through another day.
