Satellite RBS50 will not reset - not responsive

I have a Satellite that stopped connecting to the network.  I have removed it from the network and tried to reset it with a pin, and while I feel the reset depress, no amber light comes on.  Nothing comes on on the ring.  The unit appears dead - although there is a green power light.  I have tried unplugging it and then tried to reset it.  Nothing.  Green Power light responds to being turned on and off and unplugging/replugging. Cannot reset with pin.

Reading other threads, I even tried a different power supply (from the other satellite).  Made no difference.  The only light that ever comes on is the green power light.    Held a pin in the reset (definitely felt the reset depress) for several minutes.  Nada.
