Question

I have 3 satellites connected but non is showing up on the app. When I first set them up in 2019 they appeared but not now. I tried adding them again but that didn’t work. Help please

What router and satellite do you have? you only put rbs40 in your signature which is the satellite.&nbsp;
What firmware is on the router and satellite?
Are they working?&nbsp;
Do they show up through the browser if you check (not the app)?

I log into my account on the browser but I can't seem to figure out how to access the router&nbsp;&nbsp;

AC2200 is a speed. Do you have the CBR40 from your signature or the RBR40?&nbsp;

There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc. Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above. Its a great resource to start with.
