Setup PnP connection between Etisalat and Orbi RBK50
Greetings,
I recently purchased the RBK50 and faced an issue with conectivity. I did everything according to the steps but still couldn’t get an internet connection going. I even tried switching to PPPoE and entered the username and password, in addition, I enabled the Vlan bridge and entered my Vlan ID. After that, even the orbilogin website won’t open and i have to reset my router to factory settings. Does anyone have any idea what i’m doing wrong?

Sounds like you have a lot going on there... and one of the best clues was your comment about your Vlan ID.
Can you tell us the specific equipment your Orbi is plugged into? (Make/Model)
Can you tell us more about how your Vlan was configured?
When your system did work, how was it configured?
- I got the RBK50 AC3000 hooked to Alcatel-Lucent ISP ONT (cannot change)
I called my ISP and they gave me the Vlan ID which i entered in the orbi configuration setup but still did not work. So I basically configured my orbi to access point setup and hooked it up to my d-link AC1300 using an ethernet cable.
