"The DNS Server is not available" Orbi

Hey all, the guy with the rare "30MBPS" stuck download speed is back again. I have just noticed another problem. Every few days my ro-uter gets an error (it's still connected but an error sign shows up on the connection) and when I try to connect, it states that "The DNS server is not available"." The weird thing about this error is that it is never fixed unless I disconnect my router, and my router only. When it boots back on, the wifi works again.

    Whats the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the Orbi is connected too?
    What FW version is currently loaded?

        There a modem box where the orbi router is connected too?

        Log in to the Orbi routers web page and you can find the information about FW versions...
