Unable to access my home battery's IP address (172.16.XXX.YY)
Hi,
I have two Sonnenbatteries. I used to be able to access the configuration/admin website by going to an IP address 172.16.XXX.YY. I have changed my Orbi (RBR50 and two RBS50 satellites) settings in the past year to make it more stable. So, my Technicolor router is now in bridge mode, with my Orbi in Router mode. Since doing this I have noticed I can no longer access the Sonnenbatteries admin IP addresses. Is there anyway I can access these IPs?
Thanks in advance,
Michael

Are the battery unit connected to the ISP device or to the Orbi system?
If they are connected to the Orbi, they probably have a different IP address now and should appear on the list of connected devices.
CrimpOn is exactly correct. If you reconnected them, they probably have different IP addresses. Log into the orbi and look at the attached devices page. It should have their IP address.
