Unable to activate orbi as serial number is " already registered"
I have just purchased the modem on November 20th 2019 from Amazon not a third party.
I am unable to register the modem as it say it is already registered.
This causes a issue with activating Netgear armor. I currently bought a one year membership to Netgear for my nighthawk before it died on me. I have yet to activate the 1 year subscription
I had to buy this new modem to replace my nighthawk that had failed. I am extremely disappointed with Netgear now, I have been a customer for the past 10 years.
Someone suggested a solution, before I return the router and giveup on Netgear router's
